Recently we had a sweet dog named Pete Jr. who had been exhibiting signs of aggression. For obvious reasons, this would significantly reduce the chances of Pete Jr. finding his forever home. However, one of our volunteers stepped up to the plate and took a chance on this boy and is now working diligently with a trainer to turn that aggression into confidence. We couldn't be more thrilled with the way this has turned. This has been a true example of the impact that MCAS animals have on our volunteers.
